The assignment
CSAA had just announced a partnership with Lyft and needed a launch film sharp enough to work two ways at once: an agent-facing piece that could sell the program into the field, and a customer-facing version that could explain it in plain English.
What I did
I interviewed CSAA executives across the country to build the spine of the story, then produced, directed, and delivered the final film — managing script, shoots, stakeholder reviews, and distribution end to end. The goal was to strip the corporate voice out of a corporate announcement, and to give both audiences a reason to keep watching past the first ten seconds.
Outcome
The launch film led to a 20% conversion rate on the CSAA × Lyft offer. The work was used across agent and customer channels.
